Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or clearance items may not be eligible.
How to Return
Contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA), then ship the item with the RA number to our return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
